1. The "customer" is the person paying for the proofreading job.

2. The customer may or may NOT be the same individual as the author of the story or novel you are proofreading.

3. Because the author and customer paying you are usually one-in-the-same person, when you enter the customer's name, the Author textbox initially takes on the same value.

4. The app expects a first and last name for the customer:
Bryan Miller
Lisa Hall
Tom Tinney

It will complain if it doesn't find this to be the case.
